Resorts World Casino New York City to open Oct. 28

NEW YORK -- Resorts World Casino New York City has announced it will open Oct 28, 2011 at 1pm, the Queens Courier reported.

The casino will open in phases, the first phase includes 2,485 Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) and Electronic Table Games and four restaurants, the report explained.

The casino has resulted in 1,350 jobs being created, the Queens Courier said.
