Regina Casino Workers Poised for Strike

SASKATCHEWAN – As reported by the Canadian Press: "More than 300 workers at a casino in Regina are poised to strike should negotiations over their contract be delayed.

"Casino Regina employees turned down a tentative deal with the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation in a vote Friday.

"At the same time, the employees, who are members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, voted in favour of giving the union a mandate for strike action…"
