Rain Rock Casino is open again

• The North and South entrances to the Casino have been made emergency exits only. All guests must enter through the main entrance located on the West side of the facility.
• We will maintain a limited head-count upon initial open.
• ID checks, temperature checks, and face masks are required to enter the building. Rain Rock Casino will provide disposable masks based on availability. Guests are encouraged to bring their own masks to ensure entry.
• Guests and Team Members with a temperature above 100.3 will not be permitted into the facility.
• All guests will be asked to briefly lower their masks upon entry for age and identification purposes.
• Throughout the resort – Sanitation stations will be maintained for guest use.
• Slot team and EVS teams will wipe down machines as people leave them and help to ensure proper space between games.
• High touch surface areas are cleaned often to include gaming machines buttons and hourly cleanings of the facility.
• Intensive cleaning to take place each night during slow hours.

• All hard surfaces and frequent touchpoints will continue to be thoroughly disinfected.
• Additional sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the casino floor for your convenience.
• Our walkways average 6 – 9 feet to easily accommodate the necessary distancing between guests.
• We have clearly marked areas throughout the casino where our guests queue with floor decals 6 feet apart, for your safety and convenience.
