Public Speaks Out About Indiana Casino Proposal

INDIANA – As reported by the Hudson Valley News: "People who spoke out at an Orange County government public hearing last night on the impacts to that county by five proposed casinos in Sullivan County either were for or against them.

"Many, like Harry Ross of Orange Environment, said traffic would be a nightmare.

"…Todd Diorio, president of the Hudson Valley Building Trades Council, acknowledged potential traffic problems, but said there is state and federal money to be earmarked for Route 17 expansion…"
