Problem Gambling Center Planned for Sydney

AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation: "Australia's first centre for problem gamblers will be established in Sydney's west next year to give people with gambling addictions a support mechanism.

"The Salvation Army will today announce a partnership with the Fairfield RSL club to establish and fund the centre, which it hopes to open early next year.

"The Salvation Army's Major Mark Campbell says the centre will attempt to help more than a 1,000 problem gamblers a year…"
