Presque Isle Downs Hearing Rescheduled

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today announced that it has rescheduled the Licensing Hearing for conditional Category 1 gaming licensing applicant Presque Isle Downs Inc. to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2006. The hearing will take place in the Auditorium of the Forum Building, Commonwealth Avenue and Walnut Street, Harrisburg, Pa.

The Gaming Control Board and the applicant previously agreed to postpone the Licensing Hearing originally scheduled for Sept. 11, 2006.

Because of the rescheduled hearing, the public meeting of the Gaming Control Board scheduled for Sept. 27 will begin at 11 a.m. instead of 10 a.m., as previously announced.

Like the Licensing Hearing, the public meeting will take place in the Auditorium of the Forum Building in Harrisburg.
