Presque Isle Downs files lawsuit against harness commission, Endeka Entertainment

ERIE, Pennsylvania -- Presque Isle Downs has filed a lawsuit over the planned Lawrence County casino racetrack, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The lawsuit filed against the Harness Racing Commission and Endeka Entertainment contends that a full review of the Endeka proposal is required and that the all the delays the Harness Racing Commission is not doing its job, the report explained.

Presque Isle Downs is concerned that the casino will be economically damaging and wants Endeka's racing license revoked, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette said.
