Prague Casino to Close

PRAGUE – As reported by Haaretz: "Some two weeks after a grenade attack which injured 18 bystanders outside an Israeli-owned casino in Pargue, the owners announced Monday the establishment was closing due to technical reasons.

"According to Czech police sources, the target of the attack was Assi Abutbul, whose father, Felix, was murdered two years ago near the site of the attack.

"…The Abutboul family is known in Israel as one of the major crime families in the country.

"…Last week Abutboul reportedly fled the Czech Republic and returned to Israel, where his family resides.

"The Royal Holdings company, which runs the downtown Prague Casino Royal and two other casinos in the city, confirmed the report. The other two casinos were reportedly closed as well…"
