Potawatomi Casino & Hotel debuts a new dining experience18 May 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- Potawatomi Hotel & Casino is debuting a brand new dining experience as part of its ongoing commitment to creatively elevating all of the property’s dining establishments. ‘The Potawatomi Marketplace’ is now open off the first-floor gaming area and will offer a variety of quick-service dining options, grab-and-go snacks, and more. The new restaurant concept will ultimately house seven different spaces highlighting seven different cuisines. The first two concepts – Burger Co. and Project Pizza Co. – are now open for business. Burger Co. offers made-to-order burgers, milkshakes, hand cut fries, and more. Project Pizza Co. specializes in high-quality pizzas made with hand-stretched dough and the finest ingredients. The property looks forward to unveiling an assortment of food establishments over the coming months. The Potawatomi Marketplace will draw inspiration from international cuisines and experiences all around the world. Mini and Wow, Small Bar, Gilded Cleaver, Queen of Ramen, and Taco Spot are also slated to open inside of the Potawatomi Marketplace. The unveiling of the Marketplace comes in the midst of the property’s $100 million renovation. |
