Poarch Creek Indian Gaming names new exec26 November 2007ATMORE, Alabama -- As reported by the Alabama Press-Register: "With a multimillion-dollar gaming and entertainment resort under construction near here, the Poarch Band of Creek Indians needed someone who could help them compete with Biloxi casinos. "In Las Vegas, they found Brent Pinkston, the new vice president of marketing for Poarch Creek Indian Gaming and the interim site manager for the new complex. "...On Dec. 10, PCI Gaming will host a formal ground-breaking for the resort, though construction has been under way for weeks. It's expected to open in 2009. "For now, gaming goes forward at the existing Creek Entertainment Center, which has come a long way since August, when Pinkston took the local job..." |
