Playtech to raise capital through share offering23 November 2011ESTONIA -- Playtech Ltd intend to offer 46.5 million shares at a discount in order to raise 100 million pounds, Reuters reported. It's understood the money is being raised to acquire opportunities and new joint ventures, the report said. Over recent months Playtech shares have decreased 25 percent in value, Reuters noted.
