Playboy plans Macau casino

HONG KONG, China -- As reported by the Bloomberg: "Playboy Enterprises Inc. will open a gaming complex in Macau next year, as China's rising incomes fuel growth in the only place in the country where casinos are legal.

"'Macau has vast growing power as a travel destination, with the number of visitors expected to double between 2006 and 2011,' Playboy Chairman and Chief Executive Christie Hefner said in a statement.

"The 40,000-square-foot project, called Playboy Mansion Macao, will include dining, entertainment and retail shops, Hefner said in an interview in Hong Kong on Tuesday. It will be part of the Macao Studio City complex..."
