Planned gaming summit expanded to statewide hearings26 July 2010ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- The plan for a one-day summit to discuss gaming issues has been changed to a series of hearings in different cities, The Press of Atlantic City reported. The summit idea is to discuss the New Jersey's gaming future, the report said. The gaming commission released a report last week with recommondations, including the idea of a public-private partnership on a new Atlantic City tourism district, The Press of Atlantic City said. The recommendations also included the sale of the state's two racetracks, the report said.
