Planet Hollywood, Clear Channel Entertainment Join Forces

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino co- Chairman Robert Earl and Clear Channel Entertainment CEO Brian Becker announced a partnership that will raise the bar for entertainment options in Las Vegas. This agreement brings together two industry leaders committed to providing top quality entertainment for the Las Vegas market. The collaboration will include the modernization of the renowned Aladdin Theatre for the Performing Arts and the development of a cutting edge showroom. Under the terms of the agreement Clear Channel Entertainment will be responsible for developing, programming and operating both venues.

The Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and Clear Channel Entertainment partnership will provide the ultimate entertainment experience, featuring top- name talent and productions at the property venues. Announcements will be shared over the coming months to unveil plans for the renovated theatre and spectacular new show room.

Performance venue construction will occur in unison with the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino renovations scheduled for completion in the second half of 2006. With a new facade, improved entryways, enhanced dining experience and new state-of-the-art entertainment venues, the future home of Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino will offer visitors and residents alike a real taste of Hollywood.
