PLAINVILLE, Massachusetts -- The Plainridge Park Casino slots parlor is open for business! Massachusetts Live is reporting.

The 106,000-square-foot facility opened to the public this morning, the report said.

The opening of Plainridge Park Casino is the first gambling facility that was approved under the 2011 law, which permits three casinos licenses, Massachusetts Live said.

The facility contains 1,250 slots, electronic table games and live racing, the report noted.
