Pinnacle submits 2 Kansas proposals5 November 2007KANSAS -- As reported by the Kansan News: "Two hands are always better than one. "At least that's the philosophy of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. The Las Vegas-based gaming and entertainment company has proposed two locations for a destination resort and casino in Wyandotte County. "Except for their locations, the proposals are nearly identical in architecture and amenities. Pinnacle's first proposal is near the interchange of Interstate 435 and Parallel Parkway; the second proposal would be located at the future interchange at I-435 and Donahoo Road. "...Pinnacle officials say the proposals give the Unified Government the option of using the casino development to spur growth in an entirely new area or to use the casino development as a way to fill in existing development..." |
