Pink Taco announces preliminary licensing agreement4 September 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Pink Taco, the iconic, playful Mexican restaurant brand, today announced it has signed a preliminary licensing agreement with JC Hospitality, allowing Pink Taco greater operational and marketing responsibilities for the Las Vegas cantina in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Las Vegas. Pink Taco, founded at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas in 1999 by Harry Morton, has expanded into new metropolitan areas including Los Angeles and Chicago. The company also has plans to open locations in Boston and Miami later this year as it continues to seek new opportunities to bring its signature style to densely populated, high-profile areas that cater to a live, work, play lifestyle. Known for its lighthearted environment, local focus and fresh-made ingredients, Pink Taco's uncomplicated approach to casual Mexican dining has established it as an original brand with broad customer appeal. Under the previous agreement, the Las Vegas location operated independently from the other Pink Taco restaurants.
