Pickpocket Steals $7,500 From Gambler9 March 2004ORILLIA, Ontario – As reported by the Washington Times: ``A pickpocket stole $7,500 from a Canadian gambler's inside pocket while he played baccarat at Casino Rama, near Orillia, Ontario. ``A witness who saw something suspicious alerted the victim to check his pockets, and when he saw his wallets containing the money were gone, he alerted casino security, the Toronto Sun reported Monday. ``However, the pickpocket melted into the crowd and got away…" |
