Philippines to build casino with Packer and Ho

PHILIPPINES, MACAO and AUSTRALIA -- A trio of gambling tycoons are joining forces to bring a major casino to Manila, the BBC report.

Henry Sy will join Kerry Packer and Lawrence Ho to fund the $1 billion casino, the report said.

The project will be a business venture between Belle Corp. and Melco Crown Entertainment, according to the BBC.
