Philadelphia Park opens

PHILADELPHIA – As reported by the Bucks County Courier Times: "It's said that with three of a kind in poker, players have an 85 percent chance of winning the pot.

"The same might be true of a trip to Philadelphia Park Casino, where, under state regulations, the machines must pay out approximately 85 percent of the cash that players dump into them.
