PGMI opens new gaming center

30 January 2007

HUNTINGTON BEACH, California – (PRESS RELEASE) -- PGMI, Inc. -- (OTC Bulletin Board: PGMI) announces the grand opening of the newly completed Gyoda store in the Saitama Prefecture. This new location is the largest and most technologically advanced facility in the Marugin chain, featuring 440 Pachinko and 160 Pachislo machines. This increases PGMI's gaming operations to a total of 5418 machines in 15 locations.

The location and design of the store was the result of extensive demographic analysis. The grand opening followed an extensive advertising and membership registration drive. Special events and an extensive inventory of premium merchandise, made the opening a great success. Current plans, as announced at the January 18, 2007 shareholder's meeting, call for two additional stores to be built during 2007.

Shinichi Kanemoto, the president of PGMI, Inc. said, "We are very pleased with the opening of our new location in the Saitama Prefecture. Like the Bando facility opened in late October 2006, the design of Gyoda represents the latest in Information Technology control systems and customer service. PGMI continues to upgrade its inventory of gaming venues and adjust to the changing interests of the customer base. Between the two stores we have increased the number of operating machines by approximately 20%. This is a continuation of the implementation of PGMI's expansion plan and the program of developing modern and relevant facilities to enhance patron loyalty. This is a very exciting time for the pachinko industry in Japan and we will look for every opportunity to enhance shareholder value. Modernization will continue to favor experienced and larger operators like PGMI. We look forward to the continued growth of PGMI as a major provider of gaming entertainment."

PGMI is a provider of pachinko gaming entertainment in Japan. The Company traces its origin to its founder Gakushin Kanemoto's pachinko business in 1951. It later incorporated in Japan as Marugin Co., Ltd in 1972. The management team brings many decades of experience in the pachinko industry to PGMI. Currently the company operates 15 locations in Japan.
