Peter Luger Steak House holds grand opening at Caesars Palace Las Vegas12 November 2023(PRESS RELEASE) -- Caesars Entertainment and Peter Luger executives joined together on Friday, 10 November to celebrate the highly-anticipated grand opening of Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas at Caesars Palace. To commemorate the opening, Caesars Entertainment and Peter Luger leaders branded their logos on colossal pieces of meat, marking the convergence of the two brands. “Peter Luger is a legendary brand that has exceeded expectations for generations,” said Terrence O’Donnell, SVP and General Manager of Caesars Palace. “Today marks the official union of two iconic brands, and together, we continue to share one great mission: to carry on the legacy of delicious steaks and memorable dining experiences. We couldn’t be more excited for this partnership.” Since opening in mid-October, Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas has welcomed more than 11,000 guests and served more than 10 tons of beef. To recreate the same flavor that Peter Luger patrons know and love, Caesars Entertainment designed a state-of-the-art dry-aging room below the restaurant, which is home to $1 million worth of beef. “We couldn’t be more proud of what this partnership has accomplished," said Daniel Turtel, Vice President of Peter Luger Steak House. "Together with Caesars, we set out to bring our slice of Brooklyn to Las Vegas, and the restaurant speaks for itself. From the grand architecture to the smallest details in our new dry-aging box, we’ve taken extraordinary measures to preserve the authenticity of the brand, and we couldn’t have asked for better partners than the Caesars team in this pursuit.” Designed by Jeffrey Beers International, Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas draws inspiration from the original Brooklyn location, featuring exposed brick, wood paneling, oak floors and tabletops, and industrial windows. The restaurant spans 8,700 square feet and seats more than 300 people throughout the main dining room, large central bar and private dining options. The octagonal-shaped main dining room features a triple-height ceiling that creates an open and airy atmosphere with large contemporary bronze chandeliers, recalling the New York originals. Brick arches gracefully frame the room, adding Brooklyn charm that beautifully contrasts with modern design elements. From the main dining area, guests can watch the chefs prepare Peter Luger’s signature dishes in the impressive display kitchen. The private dining room offers an intimate, elevated dining experience with customized lighting and an exquisite wine display as the perfect backdrop. Artfully displayed curated photographs, paying homage to Peter Luger's rich history and culinary tradition, are found throughout the restaurant. Peter Luger Steak House Las Vegas is the restaurant’s fourth location globally, preceded by Peter Luger in Brooklyn, Great Neck, N.Y. and Tokyo. Peter Luger Las Vegas is adjacent to MR CHOW at Caesars Palace.
