Pennsylvania Senator Optimistic About Gambling Bill

PENNSYLVANIA – As reported by KYW News 1060: "A key figure in the push to expand legalized gambling in Pennsylvania says he's upbeat about the chances that a gambling bill can be passed before the legislature's summer recess later this month.

"Republican state senator Tommy Tomlinson represents part of Bucks County, including the Philadelphia Park horse racing track.

"…Tomlinson is optimistic about a gambling bill despite the fact, he says, that Philadelphia state senator Vincent Fumo has partially -- but not completely -- removed language to include Indians who say they have gambling rights in the state…"
