PENNSYLVANIA – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Senator Vince Fumo (D-Philadelphia) has offered up an expanded gambling plan for Pennsylvania that would authorize up to six slot machine locations at the state's racetracks and give track owners a greater profit margin than proposed in earlier slot bills.
