"…To David LeVan, president of Chance Enterprises, a patch of farmland at Routes 15 and 30 is the perfect site to build the Gettysburg Gaming Resort & Spa. "Chance Enterprises, a new partnership, hopes to win one of two licenses for a standalone casino -- a slots parlor not attached to a racetrack -- at sites other than Philadelphia or Pittsburgh.
