Pennsylvania: New rules introduced on use of casino gift cards13 April 2012HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania -- Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs gift cards will be subject to new regulations, the Times Tribune reported. The regulations put in place by the Gaming Control Board include that there needs to be a period of 24 hours between the purchase and use of the gift card, the report said. Also the purchaser and the user must be different people, the Times Tribune report noted. |
