20 March 2024

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved two consent agreements today presented by the Board’s Office of Enforcement Counsel during its public meeting resulting in a total of $20,000 in fines against an operator of internet casino-type gaming and an operator of fantasy contests:

- Stadium Casino RE, LLC a $10,000 fine for offering unapproved college prop bets through its subcontracted Betway platform; and,

- Crown PA DFS, Inc., d/b/a DraftKings, also a $10,000 fine for permitting Pennsylvania players to access its “Reignmakers” fantasy contests after the Board had ordered the contests to be made unavailable in the Commonwealth.
