Pennsylvania casino gaming revenue up over last year18 July 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today reported that the combined gross revenue from the play of slot machines and table games during the 2017/2018 state fiscal year was the highest total to date. The total revenue of $3,247,599,744 eclipsed the previous high state fiscal year total of 2015/2016, and was 1.4% higher than the total revenue achieved last state fiscal year. The Board released year over year figures for slot machine revenue on 3 July 2018. Table games revenue was up 9 of the 12 months during the fiscal year, with total revenue in 2017/2018 of $895,278,807 compared to $866,518,820 during the 2016/2017 state fiscal year. Estimated combined tax revenue from slot machines and table games for the 2017/2018 fiscal year was $1,336,946,353. Finally, the Board is also reporting June 2018 monthly table games revenue on its website. That report shows that $73.5 million in table games revenue was generated during June 2018, a 5% increase compared to June 2017.
