Pennsylvania Board Names Legislative Liaison

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – (PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has named Dan Stambaugh, a veteran staffer in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, as a legislative liaison.

"Part of our job is keeping open lines of communications between the Board and the Legislature, and Dan's long-time service on Capitol Hill will facilitate that kind of dialogue," said Tad Decker, Chairman of the Board. "He will be a tremendous addition to our staff."

Stambaugh has been an analyst in the Office of Republican Policy Development and Research in the state Senate since 2004. Between 1990 and 2004, he worked on the staffs of several senators, including Joseph Conti, Jane Earll and Roger Madigan.

He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Juniata College and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.
