Pennsylvania Board Comments on Employee Suspension

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Tad Decker, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, today issued the following statement concerning the suspension of a Gaming Control Board employee.

"Michael Rosenberry has been suspended without pay by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board pending the resolution of charges filed by the Pennsylvania State Police in connection with his application for employment with the Board.

"The Pennsylvania Gaming Control board is committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct among its employees, so it acted decisively and promptly upon learning of these allegations.

"Mr. Rosenberry was hired as an agent in the Bureau of Investigations and Enforcement, after serving for 20 years with the Chambersburg Police Department."
