PC Universe Name, Ticker Symbol Change Approved

BOCA RATON, Florida – (PRESS RELEASE) -- PC Universe, Inc., formerly known as Poker TV Network, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: PKTV) announced today its name and ticker symbol change has been accepted by The NASDAQ Stock Market and will begin trading on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "PCUV" effective Wednesday, July 5, 2006. Coincident with the name and ticker symbol change, PC Universe, Inc. ("PCUV") has effected a one-for-three reverse split of its common stock, with post-split trading to begin when the market opens for trading Wednesday morning, July 5, 2006. On June 20, 2006, after receiving approval from a majority of PCUV stockholders, PCUV's board of directors approved the reverse split. Immediately prior to the reverse split PCUV had 99,998,024 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. After the reverse split, there are approximately 33,332,675 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

As previously announced, PC Universe, Inc. recently completed a share exchange with Poker TV Network, Inc.

Founded in 1995, PC Universe provides IT products and services to a wide variety of markets. As a total technology solutions provider, PC Universe provides professional technical services such as networking design and installation, ongoing network and hardware maintenance, network security analysis, managed services and network monitoring, business continuity planning, disaster planning and recovery, and voice over IP (VoIP). PC Universe had 2005 gross revenues of approximately $25 million.
