Patron files lawsuit against Luxor Casino18 May 2011LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- A patron, who stayed at the Vegas Luxor Hotel and Casino, has filed a lawsuit for more than $10,000 damages, Courthouse News reported. Suresh Chand Shankar claims the Luxor threw him out of the hotel because he complained money was stolen from his room, the report said. Shankar also alleges the Luxor refused to let him obtain his belongings and accused him of drunkenness during the incident, Courthouse News reported. |
