Patron asks casino to clarify on medical marijuana

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- A casino patron who is a registered medical marijuana user has sought to clarify the Revel Casino Hotel's position on where he can use marijuana in the property, the Press of Atlantic City reported.

The patron is pursuing this question through a lawyer since he wishes to raise the question of accommodation of registered medical marijuana use and whether the casino is legally required to accommodate people with disabilities, the report explained.

The casino may have to ultimately respond to this question through the courts, according to the Press of Atlantic City report.
