Paragon back with new Vancouver casino proposal25 September 2013VANCOUVER, BC -- Paragon Gaming Corp. is back with another attempt to establish a gambling resort in downtown Vancouver, the Province reported. The new proposal insists there will be no increase in slot-machine numbers and instead a focus on sports- entertainment and conferences, the report said. In 2011, the City of Vancouver rejected Paragon's proposed destination casino after residents protested strongly against it. |
