Paddy Power prevails on poster issue30 July 2012LONDON, England -- Paddy Power has prevailed in its court battle with Olympic organizers over the threatened removal of its billboard campaign in London, The Guardian reported. The battle was over a Paddy Power ad that Olympic organizers tried to insist was "ambush marketing", the report explained. However the Olympic organizing committee has backed down and the billboards are no longer threatened for removal, according to the Guardian report.
