P.E.I. Anti-Gambling Group Holds Vigil

CHARLOTTETOWN, Prince Edward Island – As reported by the Edmonton Journal: "An anti-gambling group will hold a "vigil of concern' outside the new entertainment centre at the Charlottetown Driving Park when it opens to the public Thursday morning.

"The vigil will be held to remember people on P.E.I. and across the country who have taken their own life because of a gambling addiction.

"The new entertainment centre has 225 VLTs and 70 more will be placed at the Summerside Raceway later this year…"
