Oregon: Voters say no to non-tribal casino

OREGON -- Oregon voters said a firm no in yesterday's referendum on a non-tribal casino in Multnomah County, OPB News reported.

The proposed casino would have been a private one, OPB News explained.

This is the third attempt at a constitutional amendment, OPB News noted.
