Opposition rises to Spanish mega-casino14 March 2012SPAIN -- Las Vegas Sands proposal to build a mega casino-resort in Spain have begun to be met by citizen opposition, according to an Agence France Presse report. A group has formed called "Eurovegas No" to campaign against the plan, the report said. The casino-resort is currently at the discussion stage, location to be decided between Barcelona and Madrid, and could create 250,000 jobs, Agence France Presse said. |
