Opening date set for Kansas casino

DODGE CITY, Kansas -- The Boot Hill Casino and Resort in Dodge City will open its doors on December 16th, according to KWCH.

The casino is expected to employ 250 people. It will feature 584gaming machines and 12 table games, KWCH reports.

The Boot Hill Casino will be the first to open after Kansas voted to expand gambling in 2007.
