OpenBet to showcase omni-channel gaming solutions at ICE 2015

(PRESS RELEASE) -- OpenBet, the world’s leading software provider to the sports betting industry, will showcase its omni-channel gaming solutions at ICE Totally Gaming 2015, held at ExCeL London (February 3-5), with the launch of the One Account. Endless Possibilities campaign.

Visitors to the OpenBet stand (N1-410) will be able to see a product range designed to facilitate a single view of the player and the technology that powers the industry’s first live omni-channel solution, Coral Connect, which is designed to boost revenues, while reducing acquisition costs and increasing customer loyalty.

The OpenBet Unify Card is the key to unlocking the potential of an omni-channel offering and provides the vital missing link between land-based and online gaming. For the player, Unify holds together their username, password, profile and wallet, and is compatible wherever and whenever they want to bet or play. For the operator, it provides unique insight into betting and gaming preferences, allowing a view of the previously anonymous retail player.

A key feature of the ICE offering will be OpenBet Promote. Promote combines live video feeds, TV, audio, data feeds, HTML, RSS, and social media. The tailored, high-definition betting content display creates a live picture experience across multiple sports and games with real-time price, screen and content changes managed centrally via PromoteStudio.

Continuing their commitment to re-defining the land-based gaming experience the final product showcase will be OpenBet’s self-service betting and gaming terminals. The terminals allow operators to offer players a faster and more convenient way to enjoy their products, while players gain access to a range of markets, including in-play betting which has never previously been available in retail, as well as new, dynamic content that enhances the customer experience. Flexible deployment minimises costs and the adaptable nature of the product means that it can be changed to market conditions.
