Ontario racino finds funding23 November 2007ONTARIO -- As reported by the Toronto Star: "A big horse-racing and slot-machine development in Belleville, Ont., is on track after Baymount Inc. lined up financing for construction of the new Quinte Exhibition and Raceway. "Baymount said yesterday that subsidiary Belleville Racetrack Development Corp. has arranged a $14.2 million loan for the project.
