Pennsylvania is presently dealing with a $2.3 billion state budget deficit and is amicably eyeing possible economic solutions, the report said. Previous attempts to legalize online gaming have not been popular or successful in Pennsylvania, but more broadly it’s estimated that anywhere between 8-11 US states will consider bills legalizing online gambling in 2015, the Tribune Live report said.
