Online Casino Sues Over Tattoos14 February 2002LAS VEGAS – As reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal: “An online casino plans to sue the Nevada Athletic Commission after the commission voted against fighters wearing temporary tattoos in the ring in Nevada. ”…Commission executive director Marc Ratner said commissioners considered the tattoos demeaning to the sport. ”Attorney Paul Larsen, representing the online casino Golden Palace, said: `I am taking them to court to say their ban is unconstitutional.
