Oklahoma Tribe Approves Land Deal

OKLAHOMA – As reported by the WCPO 9: "In a first step toward establishing a casino in southwest Ohio, the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma has approved an agreement to purchase 150 acres of land off Interstate 75 in Monroe.

"Terry Casey, a consultant for National Capital I, a Columbus-based brokerage firm, said the Eastern Shawnee tribal council agreed to the land purchase Wednesday night.
