Oklahoma Governor Signs Slot Referendum Bill

OKLAHOMA – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry on Wednesday signed into law a bill that will allow state voters to decide whether racetracks can expand gaming to offer patrons slot machines in addition to pari-mutuel wagering.
