Ohio commission approve tracks relocation21 October 2011OHIO -- Change to rules about tracks relocating were approved on Thursday by the Ohio State Racing Commission, according to the Daily Racing Forum. The change in rules has come out on an emergency basis, the report said. Tracks want more flexibility on their locations because of the recent approval of slot parlours at Ohio tracks, the Daily Racing Forum said. |
