Ohio casino giveaway promotion leads to traffic jams29 August 2012COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A Scioto Downs casino promotion created a large traffic jam as customers flocked to take advantage of it, the Columbus Dispatch reported. The promotion, $25 free play between 8am - 12 noon, created so much traffic ramps had to be closed, the report said. The casino, who had not expected such a response, expanded the hours of the offer until midnight so those caught in the traffic jams could participate, the Columbus Dispatch reported. |
