Officials Shut Down Kansas Casino

KANSAS – As reported by the Kansas City Business Journal: "Kansas officials executed warrants Friday to prohibit the Wyandotte 7th Street Casino from operating at a site next to the Kansas City, Kan., City Hall, Attorney General Phill Kline's office said.

"…State and city officials are taking inventory of the casino's contents and removing the illegal gaming devices to a secure location provided by the KCK police department, [Kline spokesman Whit] Watson said. The casino now is officially considered a crime scene, he said…"
