NY casino bill passes in Senate24 June 2013ALBANY, New York -- The state Senate approved a bill Saturday morning that will permit four casinos, NYS News reported. The bill now needs to be signed into law by Gov. Andrew Cuomo and must face a public referendum, the report said. The proposed casinos will be built in upstate New York likely the Catskills and Saratoga Springs-Albany areas, while two video lottery parlors will be located on Long Island, NYS News reported. |
