Nova Scotia Reaches Settlement with Gaming Head27 February 2004HALIFAX – As reported by the Canadian Press: "The Nova Scotia government has reached an out-of-court settlement with the former head of its alcohol and gaming authority. "Elwin MacNeil lost his job as head of the authority in 2000, when the some of the agency's powers were transferred to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
